 it does not include programming although programming option is available through my company, you will need to contact me for details and I will send you a custom offer based on your needs and requirements.

Please only purchase 1 gig per design. If you need multiple designs, please purchase the gigs separately.

Source file (Photoshop file) is available to purchase for $15.00. A source file is used by the developer to extract layers in order to develop the website.
